In placing your order you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions

Payment  You can pay by PayPal (preferred) or Bank to Bank (please email for details)

Shipping   Orders are sent out safely packaged in a sturdy box, tracked and to be signed for.

Returns Policy   We sincerely hope you will be happy with your cover/s.  If you have any problems with your order, please contact us.  Any return would have to be within 14 days and items would have to be unused and in their original packaging.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Loss or Damage   No refunds or replacements can be given for products missing or damaged in transit. It would be the customer's responsibility to take the matter up with their local Postal Service.  We would be happy to provide all tracking data and necessary information to make a claim.

Data Protection   We are assured that Shopify is compliant with GDPR and from our side, we will delete your personal data altogether should you request us to do so.  Any personal details including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented.

€ $ customers outside the uk 

Please contact jenny@jennyfrean.com before purchase, so we can provide prices in euros, dollars or any other currency.  Orders will be sent tracked and to be signed for.

Customers outside the uk may find they have import fees from their local customs offices. These fees are the customer's own responsibility.
